At Oleva we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Final-sale items and items discounted by 40% or more are not eligible for return
- Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How to start a return
Email info@olevashop.com with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you within 3-5 business days to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after the timeline above, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@olevashop.com and we will help resolve it.
